10.00 a.m. Side programme: Guided tour of Zons or Knechtsteden Abbey

13.00 hrs Reception by the mayor

16.00 hrs Solemn mass with investiture in Knechtsteden Basilica

19.00 hrs Official opening of the 23rd EST with flag parade

20.00 hrs Festive evening in the marquee

From 09.00 a.m. Registration of the authorised majesties

10.00 a.m. Various side competitions e.g. archery, shooting competitions on the shooting range, laser rifle shooting, etc.

12.00 hrs Start of the shooting competitions

Approx. 16.30 hrs End of shooting

17.30 hrs March to the church

18.00 hrs Coronation mass

19.30 hrs King's procession from the church to the festival site

20.00 hrs Festive evening in honour of the Majesties

10.00 a.m. Entry in the town's Golden Book

12.00 hrs Start of the procession

18.00 hrs Closing of the 23rd EST

b) Mayor's greeting
c) Handover of the European flag by the mayor to the next EST organiser
d) Greeting by the organiser
e) Closing by Grand Master/President
